This genuine Boss 302 has undergone a meticulous restoration to its original specifications. Despite the stunning appearance in the photos, it’s indeed a rare blue color. Only 66 Boss 302s were ever produced in Pastel Blue, making this car exceptionally rare. While the 302 engine isn’t original to the car, it’s a correct service replacement block dated November 1969. The transmission and rear end are believed to be original. According to the Deluxe Marti Report, it was factory-ordered in Pastel Blue with Black vinyl bucket seats, a 4-Speed close ratio transmission, 3.50 Traction-Lok rear axle, Shaker hood scoop, Power steering, and AM radio. During the restoration, the engine was rebuilt with forged pistons, Crane roller rockers, Eagle h-beam rods, Manley heavy-duty valves, a Comp cam, and the heads were redone by Carlquist Competition Engines. The car comes with the original build sheet and deluxe Marti report. This remarkable Boss 302 is both show-ready and poised for exhilarating drives.
